Chris brings 25+ years of commercial and operational experience across North America and EMEA. After starting in commodities trading, he spent the past 15 years building Energy-as-a-Service models and driving C&I solar growth. He has led commercial strategy, development, and financial structuring for projects across the Middle East, Africa, and Europe.

John Ross, a UK Chartered Engineer, brings 40+ years of structural and civil engineering experience across Africa. He now focuses on designing robust, compliant solar PV systems - both rooftop and ground-mounted - combining technical precision with practical, long-lasting solutions.

Carlo, a seasoned Creative Director, brings 25+ years of experience leading campaigns and rebranding initiatives across film, TV, print, digital, and social media. Formerly running a boutique design agency in Cape Town, he now shapes creative direction for global clients in the US, UK, and Australia.
